Our mission

We started as a small IT services company based in Pune, guided by founding members with experience across technology, consulting, recruitment and business services.
Through our work with professionals and companies, we noticed a common challenge in the market. Skilled people often find it difficult to discover suitable project opportunities, while companies spend significant time searching for the right expertise to support their requirements.
Traditional hiring and sourcing methods can be slow, expensive and unsuitable for short-term, specialist or flexible project needs.That is why we created LynKK.io.
